Reason for requesting access

(i.e. I have a meeting with my volunteers every other Saturday morning to plan out upcoming activities)

Use of Space Policy: The Bennion Center is available to everyone during regular hours of operation (M-F from 8 am to 5 pm) provided the desired space is not already reserved. During non-regular hours, the Bennion Center is available for Bennion Center-related activities. Space(s) must be reserved on the "Reservations" Calendar in Outlook. Unrelated-Bennion Center activities, out of regular hours of operation, may be approved in extenuating circumstances by staff partner. If you don't have access to the Outlook Calendar, schedule with your staff partner.

Please Note: All cards are deactivated annually and new applications are required each year.

When you leave:

Make sure the coffee pot and/ or any appliances are turned off.
Turn off all lights (any offices, and the four switches near the front desk)
Double check that the front door is locked.
