Service Corner Volunteer Opportunities

Are you looking for a way to get involved this semester? Check out the Service Corner at the Bennion Center kiosk inside Kahlert Village for COVID-19 safe projects! Currently, there are options to knit hats, sew face masks, and write letters to seniors! Although COVID-19 has changed the way a lot of things look, it’s still possible to do some service and give back to the community!

It was an unexpected finish to an otherwise successful academic year. Regardless of our physical separateness, we are still together. We are connected in spirit and purpose. In this annual report, we record and celebrate the accomplishments of many students, faculty, staff, and community partners who work through and with the Bennion Center. 2020 Carnegie Community Engagement Classification Recipient

The University of Utah earns national recognition for community engagement. The Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching named the University of Utah a recipient of the Carnegie Community Engagement Classification, an elective designation recognizing institution-wide commitment to community engagement.
